The vehicle can be rented only by a person (hereinafter referred to as the tenant) who is at least 21 years old and has had a driver's license for at least 2 years, with at least 2 years of driving experience. When picking up the vehicle, the tenant is obliged to show valid documents: passport or ID card and driver's license, which the employee will record, take pictures of, and keep in the records. The lessee is also obliged to sign a contract in which he agrees with the agreed price of the vehicle and additional services, the amount of the deposit, and the exact time of return of the vehicle. By signing the contract, it is understood that the lessee is familiar with and agrees with the general rental conditions found on the back of the contract. The rented vehicle can only be driven by the person who is registered as the driver in the vehicle rental contract.
The price of renting (renting) a vehicle depends on the model, type of vehicle, the length of the lease as well as the lease period during the year. The deposit is mandatory, and its amount depends on the type of vehicle and its category. The deposit, as well as the payment of the vehicle rental, can be made in cash or by one of the credit cards (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, and Maestro). Rent can also be paid through accounts for legal entities.
The minimum rental length is 1 day (24 hours). The time of vehicle pick-up and return should be the same, with a tolerance of 60 minutes late. At the end of this excess, a new day of vehicle rental will be charged.
Certain vehicle accessories are subject to additional charges. You can view the offer of accessories for the vehicle on the "Accessories" website page. The price of accessories depends on the type of accessory and its rental period. There are also one-time supplements that do not depend on the number of days.
Allowed rental overstay is 1 hour after the reserved vehicle return time, i.e. 60 minutes. Any subsequent overage is charged as an additional rental day.
The vehicle can be picked up at "Nikola Tesla" airport and in New Belgrade. Delivery to other locations is subject to an additional charge.
The rented vehicle may not be used:
under the influence of alcohol, sedatives, narcotics, sleeping aids or other drugs;
for illegal purposes (eg criminal acts, customs and foreign currency violations, illegal transport of migrants and the like);
for paid transportation of passengers or goods;
for any competition, speed trials or races;
for driving or towing other vehicles, trailers or any object;
when it is not in driving condition;
for driver training
The client is obliged to pay all traffic/parking fines incurred during the rental period.
The client is obliged to act as follows:
To immediately inform the police and Easy drive rent a car about the event and to act according to their instructions.
To record information about other participants in the accident or event.
To complete an accident/damage report when returning the vehicle.
To write a short statement describing the causes and circumstances in which the accident/damage occurred.
